Finca 'Pie Plano', a well-kept secret on the Costa Blanca! It is the perfect place to have a fantastic holiday with family or friends. The finca has been completely renovated and stylishly decorated with love and passion by the owners. Beautifully situated in the countryside and surrounded by nature, it offers a stunning view over green valleys towards the mountains and the sea, featuring the rock known as Peñon de Ifach.

There are several terraces with seating areas, an infinity pool with a bar and fridge, a gazebo, an olive grove, and a pétanque court. It is also very suitable for multiple families or groups of friends as there is a main residence and a guesthouse.

The treehouse, named 'Algarobbo', is an additional accommodation in the finca's garden, suitable for 2 people, and comes with its own bathroom, shower, and toilet. You can book this as an 'extra option' upon request. For groups of 16 people, it is necessary to book this as an 'extra option.'
Close to many amenities such as shops, supermarkets, gas stations, banks, and a pharmacy (5 minutes by car) in the nearby village of Benissa, and a short distance from the nearest beach (10 minutes by car).

A (rental) car is recommended as taxis are scarce in the area. It is useful to know that the garden and pool at the finca require weekly maintenance, even when guests are present.
