A lovely apartment, just a 2-minute walk from El Arenal beach with its beautiful promenade and numerous restaurants and shops. The name of the apartment refers to Lisbon, a city with which the owners have a special connection.

Outside the complex, there is plenty of parking space for your car(s). Upon entering through the main entrance, you step into the communal garden with beautiful palm trees and are welcomed by an old olive tree. The apartment itself is located in the left building, and the entrance to each block is marked by a beautiful paradise tree that gives you a tropical feeling.

Layout of the apartment:
You enter the apartment into the open kitchen and bright living room, both of which provide access to the large outdoor terrace (20m²). The terrace/balcony offers a beautiful open view, with green hills in the distance.

The hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, remote-controlled shutters, and air conditioning. From the bedrooms, you have a lovely view of the communal garden and a partial sea view.
The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped (stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven/grill, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster) and is separated from the living room by a lovely breakfast bar.
The communal pool is enclosed and accessible through lockable gates. There is a shallow area, separated from the deeper section by stepping stones. There are plenty of outdoor showers, and a grassy area has been laid out for sunbathing, with some palm trees providing shade.
