The countryside finca offers a beautiful view over the valleys and, in the distance, the village of Benissa. It is located in a unique quiet area, surrounded by bamboo, and features a small orchard with orange trees, pomegranates, and persimmons.
The finca is built in the traditional finca style, which is a required architectural style in the 'campo' (countryside).
It has been recently renovated and stylishly decorated with passion and love. The property includes an L-shaped pool, several terraces, and an outdoor bar. It is ideal for staying with a family (small, large, or multiple) or a group of friends.
Just a 5-minute drive from all amenities, such as shops, gas stations, restaurants, pharmacies, and cafes, and about a 10-minute drive from the nearest sandy beach. A (rental) car is recommended as taxis are scarce in the area.
It’s useful to know that the garden and pool at the finca require weekly maintenance, even when guests are staying.
